Inspections and Roof Evaluations
If you are buying, selling or just want to know how much longer your roof will last, call us. We will inspect, take pictures and give you a written evaluation for .04 ¢ per square foot. There is a minimum price of $275 for any inspection.
Roof Maintenance
Avoid a catastrophic roof cave in or leaks, clean out clogged drains and remove debris. We will check for damage caused by tenants, other workmen, nature, vandals and chemical reactions due to grease from equipment. We will also examine all penetrations (i. e.- skylights, A/C ducts, flashings, drains, etc) for cracks and wear.
$75 per hour plus materials. There is a minimum $175 fee for any repair/maintenance visit.
Free Roof Bids
Includes recommendations, photos, and 2-3 options on what reconditioning your existing roof or installing a new roof will cost.
